Villa Saint Charles used to be an hôtel for more than 100 years, It's been transformed to a large villa, ideal for groupes between 8 to 15 persons. It's located in the center of Juan-les-Pins, in a quiet area set back for tranquility. Beaches, shops, restaurants as well as the train station are only 100m away. We offer 8 bedrooms (7 with two beds and one with one bed), a large kitchen for 15 people, a tv room, a salon and a garden with a plunge-pool  (6,5 x 2).

The villa is equipped with airconditioning throughout, there is a fast internet that covers also the bedrooms. There is a flatscreen TV with airplay in the Tv room, and a music system also connected by airplay.

In the kitchen you'll find a large refrigerator, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, 2 coffe-machines and 2 dish-washers. There is plenty of space to prepare flood and enjoy meals together.

Each bedroom has it's own  private bathroom and toilet, a refridgerator, a TV and a hairdryer.

In the garden you'll find a small swimming-pool, deckchairs, a barbecue and a large dining table.
